With just short of 5000 feet of climbing in 53 miles this is quite a hilly route over to Ripon.
Cafe stop will be Oliver's Pantry in Ripon after 30 miles.
I've plotted a second route which is exactly the same on the way out but 3 miles longer on the way back with 300 feet less climbing. We can decide on the day.
