Dodging Showers at the Triangle

A squally night didn’t stop the best numbers yet at the Triangle with 15 OCC riders and 6 guests.  Fortunately most riders managed to miss the rain, and put in some good times.

Fastest on the night was Fensham Howes junior, Sam Watson, with 26:55, over 30s quicker than his previous appearance.  Sam Ward was once again quickest Otley rider in 28:41.

Top points in the handicap competition went to Greg Jessop (and he’d probably also take top points if we awarded a trophy for most grinny rider during a TT!).  Tim Garwell still has a 7 point lead in the overall competition despite not scoring at this event, but the race is getting close behind with 7 riders within 4 points for the final two podium places!

Reminder that there are two events next; a bonus Hilly 14 from Farnley on Tuesday and the usual 12.5 at Arthington.
