MTB Section – 8th July – Dalby Forest

Sunday 8th July – Day trip to Dalby Forest
Time for a trail centre! Test your skills and fitness on Dalby Forest’s wide range of trails, from easy forest green through to the more challenging 35km signature red loop. All skills and abilities are welcome!
Depending on who turns up, we plan to run more than one group here, so people can ride trails that suit their own riding. It’s a great opportunity to polish those skills and try something new, but with loads to choose from, noone will be bored!
I’ll lead one group to tackle the long red loop, but I’d welcome anyone who would like to lead easier rides for those that want a more relaxing day out.
  • Technical grading: 4/10 (red)
  • Fitness grading: 6/10 (red – it’s quite long!)
This ride will start from the main car park at Low Dalby – be ready to ride out at 10am. There’s a map of the trails available here.

We’d love to see more club members come along to these rides and if you’re interested in this ride (especially if you’re not on Facebook) or have any questions, please contact me directly: occmtb@daern.org.
